Meet Zach

As a lifelong resident of the treasure valley, Zach was born in Nampa, ID and still resides in Nampa. Before real estate, Zach created and sold an appliance business in Canyon County in 2009. That business scratched the surface for Zach understanding business relationships with people and understanding finances. After being licensed for over 10 years now, Zach has helped hundreds of people w/ homeownership and investments.

Zach loves seeing his first-time buyers come full circle after multiple purchases/sales, setting themselves up for financial freedom as well as experienced investors moving properties to maximize growth. Zach’s career continues to skyrocket w/ branches of his business to include holding some properties for rentals, investments for Flips, and of course helping his clients buy and sell all things real estate. He specializes in land as a certified land consultant as well as everything regarding residential sales, including distressed properties, trusts, probates and short sales.
